XLSX Editor is licensed to you through the Microsoft Store under the Microsoft Standard Application License Terms. HAYAH is the licensor. These terms add the following.
Price
XLSX Editor is free to download. From version 1.1, the free edition opens, edits and prints every supported file, saves CSV without limits and saves up to 3 different workbooks a day as .xlsx or .xls. XLSX Editor Pro is an optional one-time purchase (no subscription) through the Microsoft Store, at the price the Store shows in your currency. It removes the daily limit and adds PDF export, full page setup and the dark theme. A Pro purchase is tied to your Microsoft account and works on your other Windows PCs signed in with it. If you used version 1.0 on a PC, you keep every feature you already had on that PC at no cost. Refunds follow the Microsoft Store's refund policy.
Your files
You are responsible for having the right to open and edit the files you use with the app. Keep backups of important files. Some formats cannot hold everything a workbook contains (for example, CSV keeps only the values of one sheet, and .xls is limited to 65,536 rows); the app tells you before it saves in such a format.
Not Microsoft Excel
XLSX Editor is an independent app by HAYAH. It is not Microsoft Excel and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. Microsoft and Excel are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies.
Third-party components
The app uses third-party components, including Syncfusion Essential Studio, under their own licenses. Their notices are listed in the app under About.
No warranty
The app is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. HAYAH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
